Apart from the fact that a few regulatory bodies need to sign off on the deal, the tepid market reaction is a sign that things are indeed horrible currently, i.e. when individual stocks don't move on good news, you know something is very rotten.
Anyway, happy hols to all - and hopefully we'll see a meaningful turn around in early 2019.

Both parties are waiting for export import permits pror to anything being able to be shipped. The markets are not in a happy mood overall lately, hopefully as you say 2019 brings out the happy faces again.
