I wonder if they fired his assss over the fumbled application for the NASDAQ. Or the other attempts at acquiring xyz option companies, Simmons or mergers or partnerships that have been a complete bust.   Sorry to say, this company had lots of promise but it doesn’t look any better with Keaton running the company! Sad..

Perhaps he resigned! I haven’t posted here in a long time as I sold most of my shares! if he quit ...why? As usual, Jessica’s NR simply announces the name of his replacement with credentials. Im very tempted to jump back in with INVICTUS but when I think about it I simply lay down until the thought goes away! I really believed in this company and I do hope they can turn it around....Rapidly.

is it possible Dylan is still with the company?  “On behalf of the team at Invictus, I want to thank Dylan for his substantial contribution and dedication to the Company, and for ensuring a smooth transition.”  -

The new CFO started March 7th, so that was probably the transition that was mentioned

Exactly 15 months from his start date! Was given 150,000 shares at the time....1/3 after 3 months, another third after 9 and the last 50,000 after 15 months! Interesting! What happened?

based on the wording of the NR the old CFO left the company not the other way around.  based on the new CFO's LinkedIn profile I"m not sure this is a step up. If the company can't attract high quality talent what does that tell you?  And why would a CFO leave if things are looking promising?  Doesn't add up to me...

Perhaps...he messed up the Nasdaq listing and was fired.

someone's that fired doesn't stick around and help with any transition issues...its obvious that he quit and wasn't fired..

All unhelpful speculation
