Welp I guess that new website answers a lot of questions. Even a youtube video of Acerage Pharms progress. Only time will make this stock price rise.

Yes it is, they used an archived copy of their old webpage from 3/15/19 to load their new news page. You can still see it on cache archive. They'll switch to a live copy soon, that's just what you do when you migrate a web page.
