In my opinion the writing was on the wall with regards to thier character as management showed back when they screwed over existing shareholders with the dividend. They promised the dividend then as per usual they dragged their feet with delays until they announced a private placement and diluted the divy by including the new placeholders....INCLUDING the warrants. No the divy was not a lie, I received payments. It was money they raised from selling a buisness entity. The unsavory thing about it was they included the new shares and warrants in the distribution. Also, GS isn't the only one running to the bank with all the bs deals this company made
