In fact of no cash it would be interesting to know who is paying the employees in the future, i mean these people who run the cultivation of weed , like gardeners, clippers etc. If they dont get paid what will bring the future with no harvest ?

Also the website has been serviced,  Dixon, GS and the rest away, also the shop is closed etc. Looks like the ongoing biz is dead and my suspect is that they will liquidate the company.....

Completely false. Employees are on the top end, shareholders are the last to receive anything in the event there is anything left to go around which is obviosly not the case for this trainwreck.

Again, your inaccurate. If they "shut the doors" it's dissolved and there's an order of payout of the proceeds of the dissolved assets. Lawyers, receivers, employees, secured creditors, non secured creditors, shareholders, that's the way it goes down

Secured debt gets paid first, which leaves zero for anyone else. I wrote here many months ago when GENE was over 0.70 cents that this is a scam and management was stealing money from the company. Pumpers rushed in and put up useless posts to push my message down. Then a few months back, I pointed out that Dixon is a crook (look at his past self-serving transactions with Invictus) and this ...more
