Inovalis is going private.

I can feel it in my bones.  
There was too much insider buying in November and December and it suddently came to a stop. 
That has to be the reason for the blackout period. 
This make lots of sense, the stock went from $10 to $1 and Inovalis claims that the NAV is $8.56/SHARE. 
This is a no brainer.

While I think it is a good candtitate to go private, mostly because it could be picked up by Inovalis S.A. as the asset manager pretty cheap, the blackout is just due to the financial results.  Most public companies start their blackout around the period end until the release of financial statements, we are still waiting on the year ended December 31, 2023 so anything outside of preannounced ...more

It doesn't seem like that to me. I haven't bought since mid december either. Looks more like averaging down just like I was. Now I will wait for under $1 if I have to do more buying. Lots of stuff needs to be sorted out like debt refinancing (will be sorted end q2), PLU starting 2024 and whatever is happening with the Arcueil property. Lets hope things get sorted out and they restart the ...more

You realize that's like the biggest conflict of interest in the history of conflicts.  Your comment makes zero sense, they cannot legally do it.

Absolutely right; no brainer.  The problem is the brain problem is yours.  They will buy out a majority of the shares then reinflate it with good results.  Then sell it back to you.  That's the only legal play they can make and they can easily do that without dealing with a billion dollar class action from every person that's held the shares over the last 36 months.
