For the life of me I cannot figure out who would buy this above $0.00.

Negative equity
No working capital - Current ratio in the toilet
Debt to equity a joke

This is one of the worst run companies I have ever seen...

That is a good question. The stock does seem to have zero written all over it. Perhaps some "speculators" see a slight glimmer of hope in a take over bid. As a speculator you have to go into this one knowing you could lose it all (and likely will).
