Customers not paying their bills
Why were they not cut off from service ? or were they customers that did not exist but someone got paided to "produce" them.

Penny, it appears they were "fake" customers. And the sales rep who signed up those fake accounts are probably long gone.

It is really amazing. As one of the shareholders, can we get the true of this shituation from the board of direction and get to know what is their plan to fix it? They should do an investigation internaly od what happen, make correction right away and all people involved or ignored this situation must be fire.

Difficult for this company to turn things around when the same criminals who most likely knowingly allowed this to happen are the same criminals trying to fix this mess. I'm out with a sizeable loss but, will feel a lot better seeing these sharks get their day behind bars.....

StormyD, thanks for your answer and follow up. My thinking about this is: The BFS should be VERIFIED by an Accounting outsider. How come they didn't see that? Thanks for your advise. Cheers.

External auditors are useless to detect anything elaborate where management is involved. In general, they can only find the little stuff.
