What happened today?

What has happened today? This has been bouncing in the $2.95 to $3.20 range for the last two and a half weeks and today drops by about 12%. Just an aberration or a warning of more bad news with the quarterly report due later this week?

I can only assume that somehow the Q results leaked and they are not good.  Not only did the common tank but so did hte preferred.  I am not a happy camper and I hope I am wrong.
