Consolidation

Coiuld someone please explain the consolidation process...What...where...why..? I bought more shares and my cost av. is 61 cents....When do u think that a 1$ will be reached, if ever?   Thank u

Each 100 shares you own will be converted to 3 new shares. In theory, the initial share price will be equal to the converted current share price. At $0.40, that would mean $13.33. However, the current shares will only represent about 36% of the shares of the new company. So the other 64% of shares that will be issued were bought at $3.41. To reach $1, the new shares will need to be worth $33.33 ...more

No specific date but: The implementation of the Recapitalization is expected in September 2020, pending all approvals, including court and regulatory.

i think people are freaking out for no reason. a reverse split will only lower the amount of shares you have and increase the value. ex: you have 1000 shares, the value is curently $400, then it will become 31 shares at $13.20 each.

I agree. People seem to think the company is losing value by selling shares at 3.41. What people seem not to understand it was more of a "forced" investment by all who held shares, not a magical share given to drive the value of the company down. Everyone was given a fair opportunity to buy into the "new" company. Anyone who missed out missed out... the price will always be ...more

Globally, the 151.64M actual shares will become 4.6M shares. But then, you'll need to add the new shares issued. From the news release, 29.3M new shares will be added from new subscriptions. You have to also add to that the shares received by the current term loan, eurobond, debentures and pref shares holders.  So, while the commons are being rolled back to 4.6M shares, the newco will ...more

yup already started. looks like we hit the bottem at the 52 weeks low. i dont see how it could go lower.
