As at 9:00 o'clock, around 310k shares changes hand in NYSE. I guess 50% and right and 50% are wrong!!!! It still a gambling to buy more...a kind of do or die. For me, I'm holding my breath and wait for the vote and then get the final report from JE about their real cost of this weather event. I really hope to recover some money from my investment.
