Hello everyone,  I still trying to find why Just Energy Group goes under Creditors Protection when as per this organigram, they can just put under Chapter 15 in USA ,  Just Energy Texas.  Of course Just Energy Group are the main shareholders of Just Energy Texas.  If EPCOT doesn't have a crossed corporate guaranty with Just Energy Group or having a limited c-c, why Just Energy Group goes put all company in this?
