NYSE now delisted....Question??
Hi, sorry for my lack of knowledge about NYSE, is there someone knows about this; when a company has been delisted to NYSE, like JE, can JE ask to be listed again after their problems are resolved. I don't need any basher on this request. I'm just trying to increase my knowledge about how it is working on NYSE. As you may know, I'm leaving in Quebec, Canada. Merci beaucoup. Gaillard.

Hi HappyInvestor, thanks for the follow up but I was wondering to know: When a company has been delisted by NYSE, can this company be listed again on NYSE if the company resolved their shituation because it is a lot of s-h-i-t actually from that weather event. Merci Chris. Gaillard.

In this case, probably yes. If the weather event pricing was declared to be a big mistake and the prices are reversed, it would not be fair to JE to say they can never be listed again.

Thanks PJN, I still have a little hope from the court decision, I just don't know when the call will be done. And of course, if the reverse charge will not be done, lots of others energies retailers will fall in bankruptcy. IMHO. Gaillard.
