They already have a $335 million credit facility promised to them once courts have been satisfied. Payout is on the horizon!!!

I've just checked back, and I see nothing in any news release or in any quarterly report about a promised credit facility. It shouldn't be hard for you to provide a link about this, no?

Courts need to be satisfied. Only after the ccaa is lifted can it be accessed. It's a document I have not a website....
