Why are Canadians being punished buy the stock price between jet and jet.b stock when management said stock should trade at the same price.this is another time when global has screwed canadians with stock reorganization. I guarantee people would not have gone for this stock reorganization had they known how this would play out

GlobalX has not screwed any Canadians- your shares which were at 2 cents and about to go to zero are now worth 3.40. And you were issued new shares in a new Canada Jetlines. The reorg was required by US DOT regulations and US law. The share prices should equalize and holders of Jet B can request to convert to Jet common- all you have to do is read the filings and the notices to shareholders..  ...more

I'm a holder of JET.B (non-U.S. holder); however i'm considering purchasing additonal shares. As a non-U.S buyer I can now purchase "JET", in doing so will these added shares then be again converted to "JET.B". Or, as it is now post re-organization will the newly purchased shares  remain "JET". I understand the purchase of added JET.B is equally an option ...more

In reading the company filings you will see it states anyone can buy Jet or Jet.B and those shares will remain as purchased. It also seems the conversion process is pretty straightforward.

well some of us have been with this  for 4 years and ,keeps changing names now from jet.v been switched to jet .b  ,you say it was at .02 cents but infact its been trading the same as jet.b is now .so jet .v is trading higher and now ive been changed to the lesser of the 2 . I also called my prvider TD waterhouse to request to convert and they havent gotten anything yet to be able ...more

Happy to see values trending up, for those that have have been long term holders of Jet its been a longggggg road, "wheels up and flying will be nice!".  Seeing the share price go from $.02 to $2.40 looks great, but for the pre-consolodation shareholders that endured a 1 for 10 reverse split, well $2.40 is really $0.24.
