Anyone care to explain?

Am I reading this right? "The parties have agreed to a pre-paid interest amount on the First Tranche equal to CDN$400,000 and a commitment fee in the amount of CDN$100,000."

Does this mean they are paying $500,000 for a $2 million loan? Plus 4 million shares???

How can it go from "we're on track to being positive in Q2" in Nathan's post Q4 results a few weeks ago, to now needing more financing to continue on? Were we misled, or is this all part of the plan? Perhaps the money needed now is for something bigger? I just cant wrap my head around him saying that, and then needing more financing this soon.

Well lets hope he does explain soon, or maybe the shareholders will have to put somebody else in charge of this company....

yeah not sure who is doing the books at JWCA or what they were basing that on. Maybe they should have mentioned what it was for in the press release that they conveniently released at 10:03 AM the day after Tax Loss Selling season was over. BDOG Im curious as to what you think of this mess?
Comment by RisingFalcon99 on Dec 30, 2019 1:16pm
Definitely suspicious on the timing of the release. Imagine if they did this on Friday!

how long and how much money would it take for them to ramp up to full scale. would they be able to do it in one year, i doubt it.  or what percentage of growth of manufacturing, do they hope to achieve this year coming up. That would be nice to know.

And you accuse me of being a shorter after my opinion of this company. Don't say I didn't warn you. Ownership is all rented, leased and complete debt. It's one bad thing away from being nothing. I can't say what that could be but just research for yourself why companies had crop losses, no sales, no money to continue etc. Money tunnel to the lenders till it's all gone is my ...more
