Is there going to be a class action lawsuit???
Even though I wouldnt expect much financially to come from it. It seems that a class action lawsuit against this company and management is justified at this point for their blatant deceit in the past 6 months. Particularly for employees and others who invested in a private placement a month or so before they declared bankruptcy. Are these typically initiated by the legal firms or does it take enough shareholders to complain to get the ball rolling???Any info would help.
