under new private management " Iamsinister" then no one can help you out with this very simple
buisness terminology - that just means that the company is a publically traded company that is owned by a conglomerate of investors.

Jackcr.ap you are absolutely insane if you think this tu.rd called JWCA will ever go to 14 cents. I hope you lose even more money then us with your blatant disregard for past performance with this company. If you didn't know let me give the brief run down.
