Asia try to bring down the price of cobalt by saying they gonna change the ratio of cobalt from 8:1 to 6:1 then the market react yesterday.But the good news is they have to change the ratio otherwise they gonna run out of cobalt in 6 years.Also they try to make some long term contract to keep the price more stable...But for sure it's in demand..And copper too..this is the future..can't go ...more

I hope producers are smart enough not to sign long term contracts at todays market price, just to secure plant operations..... Let's see how they react

They say if you don't like someone you buy him a A drill with a cord for Christmas!lol And ex:last Christmas I received a ice auger 40v ion.. Try to told you not to panic and now it's high then it's was 2 days ago your in the right business that's for sure later if I'm drunk anaugh I have a freak good story to tell you all and it's still make me some chills to that day.It's a similar stock then this one but what I experienced 20 years ago.almost same scenario and it's all good...

I am not convinced that Cobalt actually dropped Wednesday.  The news was the opposite: "Low-grade cobalt prices rose on Wednesday August 2, with suppliers reporting tight supply and frequent enquiries, leading to strong sales volumes."  (This came out early Thursday). I think there was a glitch on lme.com, that percolated to infomine.com I'm guessing.   A person on ...more

lol. It was no glitch. The news of ratio change in works casue the current price to drop. The LME trades three types. Price today, 3 month futures and 15 month futures. It's not low grade price, it's refined cobalt. The current day price did drop 7K. You can go to the LME and look and the price history chart. It shows the dip. Not the first time this happens. Well I'm glad I humor you. I also appreciate the class on the obvious... what happens when one clicks once on LME.com prices (however irrelevent that is now since everyone talks "Cash" prices for Cobalt, not the futures).
