Looks like we'll be looking forward to the plant re-start news first before the financial re-statement. Awesome development for stock price.  more momentum before we hit a brick wall.

I am not sure how to interpret this new development. On one hand the WOL project will be on track. But on the other hand the financial review will take 1 month longer.
