nope. cobalt in DCR is big deal for GLEN. i think they know they will settle. this is just posturing by DRC

If it opens in .60s and stays a while ill hopefully snag some side cash to average down. DCR doesn't have capital to fund this themselves, they will settle. Glencore has deep pockets at very worst
