Jurisdiction is NOT English

Jurisdiction is not English Jurisdiction, which is very bad.  Glencore is fighting this. Not sure how much luck they will  have since the mine is physically located  in the DRC (e.g. where the police are who can enforce the freeze and seize assets).

Glencore also disputes the choice of jurisdiction for the orders and said that the agreement between its subsidiaries and Ventora are subject to English law.

 

A freezing order could affect mining operations, Glencore said.

I read that wrong before, that is bad. Not like i can sell today anwyays. bought today too, i was second to last trades before the halt
