KAT Shares dilution

What about shares dilution? I won't see how Glencore will restruct the KAT Capital without diluting its shares. What would be the impact on the SP? back to 0.3$?

There is no dilution. This has been confirmed and reiterated many times.  No new KAT shares will be issued.
