why it is down so much than other mining stocks.

Yes and they are actively working on several.  Also just wait until the U.S. starts strategically stockpiling – the last thing this administration wants is to get out maneuvered by the Chinese and right now they are miles ahead.

The LME Cobalt contract is basically dead.  No consumer will ever use the LME to buy Cobalt as many of the brands you can get delivered (you cannot choose) are sourced from artisinal mines that likely use child labour.  Its a reputational mine field.

It seems hard to do business in Africa.  Mining stocks are now under selling pressure because of the trade wars.  Believe buyers will show up as soon as the trade wars issues get resolved - my 2 cents worth of opinion
