Shares outstanding

Can one of the bold psychics who predicts this to be a five to $10 stock please explain how every comparable mining stock which is pulled on the overview on TD doesn’t even have a fifth of the amount of shares?  I’ve asked this question three times I understand people like to pump or talk trash to make their couples and swings but please tell me on the long term with that many shares how this company can become $10 when those comparable stocks range from 5 to 9 dollars but have under 100 million shares please someone enlighten me?

The mood in the sector is dismal right now so and I am so dismayed that I am almost inclined to agree.  That being said China Moly has a P/E ration largely in line with the rest of the industry and their primary assets are in the DRC so there is hope.

They did a humongous dilution back in 2008 when they were going bankrupt. Read on the company's history. https://www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-business/the-murky-battle-for-katanga/article1145986/

So is the SP in line with the amount of shares? With all the risk owning this stock can good results and earnings be enough to bring the stock price back to e.g. 2$? If the stock still is overvalued maybe we will have a decrease even if new earnings is shown.
