what about new demand for copper from transmission??

I was thinking that many are missing the point with Katanga. I have worked extensively in the power transmission sector. You can't just switch all the cars from gas to electricity without building up the infrastructure to support the new power demands. That requires lots of investment in transmission and distribution of power. And that means... lots of demand for copper. I think this has been missed. Katanga is not just about cobalt. I believe your point is already widely understood @bigguy56. I myself wrote most recently in August reminding folks KAT will be a pretty decent COPPER miner at Steady-State in 2020: "A case for Buying: I am writing to remind readers that there are limited few Co mines in the world, most Co being derived as a by-product of Cu mining (and to a lesser extent, Ni mining).
