"Boss is running out of oxide ores that can be processed and the company will have to invest in new treatment methods to exploit the remaining sulfide deposits" Looks to me like it's more an end of mine life than anything. They can't process the sulfide.

Right but to invest in that new processing facilities will cost them, how can a company invest in the DRC if it doesnt follow their own mining laws and just increases the cost of doing business.
