And so it begins...

Mines halting production one after the other.  All good news for the Cobalt price and is also one big **** you to the DRC and their mining code.  Funny they thought that Cobalt would turn them into the new Saudi Arabia but this is what happens when you bite the hand that feeds you.

Well the Saudi's co-ordinate supply demand balance to achive acceptable prices.  Perhaps this has been done with the blessing of the DRC gov.   It is utterly insane to run the prices into the ground during a boom in demand when you have such a stranglehold on supply.
