The flexibility in supply perfectly exemplified in latest production results from KCC = 6.1k tonnes in H1 2019. The 26k forecast for 2019 seems a long way off. Stockpile remains but market appears more balanced...

Sogo and KvNs analysis are spot on, and bigguy56.  Commodity and supply/demand metrics will resolve itself within the next 4-5 years (short term pain right now) two biggest issues: the debt situation and whether Glencore will rollover loan repayments and management (which has been amateurish)
