Everyone should file a complaint, I am sure if everyone filed the OSC will take action against Kat/Glencore. This steal move should not happen. Please if you use ceo.ca forum inform the other people there to file a complaint. We should make so much noise that Glen will start to think twice before offering the final take over bid.
