TEll me I read this wrong.
For every share you have the Right to BUY more at 13 cents but, its diluted 31:1 now, if you use your Rights, if no your shares are zero. I sold hard last week, major lost.

At 13 cents to raise $7.678,366,000 , that's an issue of 59 Billion plus shares. Good luck with that subscription filling. Glencore "fills" subscription by "backstopping" debt... owned to themselves. Game over. NOT NICE
