If I use my rights

All or part, then will pay 0.13/share. later if Glencore take it private, cnetainly will pay more than that, so at least I will recover some of my loss

For Glencore to take it private, it would assume to assume the huge debt. Of course they won't do that. Bankruptcy first, then fire sale without the debt. That's the only way it's going.
