Eli5 what is going on and what should we do?

Ive been reading everyone's posts about what is going on and I'm confused about what is the best approach. Could someone explain what is going on exactly and what actions should or am expected to take? For example. How am I going to be offered a buyout or right of share or whatever was mentioned?

If it was me I would just hold what you have and cross your fingers...I wouldnt invest anymore in this one....thats just me...best case you get a buyout
