The Federal Liberal Government are dream'n if they think someone else would step in and take over the Trans-Mountain Expansion Project.  They wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.  KML doesn't want back stop financial backing from the Government.  They want the Liberals to step in and get after the Green Peace's of the world and the other parties that are standing
