Perhaps this is the difference is the value of the dividend that they are returning to shareholders, we can only hope, no news available yet...

One time dividends like KM paid in January can hurt your tax planning for 2019. Better start talking to your accountant if you held any significant holdings in KM when the payout happened so the taxman does not take too much of your windfall which would put you overall further behind.
