Per the MD&A - just under $1.2M in total cash received in the take-over - equals $0.01 per share

Thanks for the info but i think the purchase price was 5 cents. ...."The EAEG Purchase Agreement contemplates that the Company will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of EAEG in exchange for issuing to the EA Founders an aggregate of 120,000,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.05 per share for an aggregate compensation of $6,000,000.
