There was not much optimism presented with the covenant bomb and you can bet that the breach of covenant was known before they announced the results to us and therefore had been working on it before the release of results. There is likely a good reason, not good for us, why it is taking so long to resolve. IMO it is not simply because of "one bad quarter" as the company pumpers would like us to gloss over, and the proof is in continuing declining SP....comically a better buying opportunity day in and day out. Not.
