Warning

I've tried to warn you all on this forum before. Maybe you're new here, maybe not. This company is heading for the dustbin of history. A great warning sign for any company is when their investor relations expense (aka.paying to pump the stock) is equivalent to their total revenue for the period.

cash burn for last 12 months - $2.5mm
cash on hand - 0

auditor says material doubts about its ability to continue as a going concern.

my only concern for you all is that you won't be able to sell your shares because there are no buyers. I would try if I were you, and sell it for a penny if you have to. $0.01 is better than $0.00.

good luck!

Hahahahahahahahaha!  Really dude?  That is what you are going for?  All I want for Christmas is an old school Troll that takes pride in causing doubt about a company.  Is that too much to ask?  Do yourself a favour and research the old trolls starting in the late 90s.  They will help improve your game.   For everyone else, look at the year end statements ...more

Nah, Microsoft did not get green until it was in business for 6 years, I think Twitter is still running in the red. Losses are fine on a new company they do not pay tax until they turn the corner and pay off their debt. That being said burning $1m on promo to get this stock up over .40$ put many shareholders in as bag holders and that creates a headwind going forward because all they want to do ...more

This is the wrong analogy. Both of those business had deep pockets and ready access to the equity market at non-dilutive valuations. If you look at this company as an equity investor you would need a significant chop in the valuation to consider giving them a million bucks, given that your likeliehood of losing it all is very high. Understanding that, and the fact that they need money very soon ...more

See, now that is better trolling!  You have definitely been studying the trolls of old.  You mention a comparison of companies, followed by at least 3 mentions of possibly losing money. Yet you derail your entire effort by stating "CEOs  mommy". And then you end with a sad attempt at a bullying statement about being mentally unstable or an insider if you post positive ...more

You could be right - or not!  Take a look at VERY and you will see everything you just described in YUM, except on a more grand scale.  VERY just had the plug pulled on them.  Envy the company that buys out their products.

Yikes. from $8.00 down to $0.09... that's rough! Yes that is exactly what will happen here. There are a lot of things that can be done to turn a business around, but a working capital deficiency and operating losses usually indicate something terminal!

So... how's that bull case working out for you?

Should have listened to the troll Amigo. I can't always pick the winners but I know a loser when I see one. That is my gift.
