Than the going SP...and today the SP should have moved up with some volume

If someone to wanted accumulate 1.7M on the open market they would be paying a lot more than $3/share.The float is tight really TIGHT not many shares available, most shareholders are probably waiting for a buy out or when the underlying share value is realized. I am!
