Fully loaded cost per ounce of production

If I am reading the PR correctly, I am calculating their fully loaded cost per ounce of production to be around US$1200. Does that sound right?

That sounds completely out to lunch. PEA will be out soon. Don't guess anymore wait for the announcement

No reason for you to be a jackass here, I was simply trying to extrapolate values from the table they provided based upon their category dollar cost values for estimate recoverable grams / ton. I am an investor and have been so since this stock was at $0.50 per share. But even with heap lynching, I will be surprised if their FULLY LOADED cost will be less than $1000 / ounce.

You really think this stock rides like this if their cost is going to be $1200? You make this outrageous claim on costs your just bashing so GTFO. You better sell if that's the way you see things.

Geez, where do I start? You do understand what operating margin is, right? Creating a fully operational mine is not an inexpensive proposition. That is why I emphasize a FULLY loaded cost. Cost is cost, whether it is direct or indirect and must be accounted for properly. To see a major mining operation created for less than $1000 / ounce, unless the property has exceptionally high grades like 3 or ...more

Hello CovieNRA , This is from the 2015 North Bullfrog PEA, Total LOM cash operating costs are projected to be US $635 / produced Au oz and LOM capital cost (adjusted for recovery of pre-strip mining, working capital recovery and initial fills recovery) was estimated to be an additional US $206 / produced Au oz. So the project total capital cost is 206$ and the cost to mine is 635$ . Seems to ...more

Thanks, appreciate this very much! So that was 2015, not sure what inflation factor may need to be added to that, but I would not think it substantial. So yes, if they manage to keep the fully loaded cost under $900 / ounce, that makes this stock very attractive. Certainly we will see when the new PEA does come out.

Thanks for the clarity, can't imagine the total costs being much more than the Bullfrog. With that in mind we could see a much higher price on buyout? I was thinking $5-6/share based on the total ozs and a market value of $120-130US/Oz (found these number on various reports on Jr takeovers)

If fully loaded costs are under $900 and ounce, and I think if they prove up 3-5 million ounces, I think $6-$8 could be a real possibility, if and when Gold makes it back to $1300 - $1400

Sounds good to me Benji. Did you ever nail down exactly what is going on with the options? If no high grade holes are drilled I kinda like end of phase 3 to do the deal. The new owners will get to drill off the deep stuff & save us from expensive deep drilling and more dilution.  Maybe the seasonal leg up is in motion on the gold price by then.  The drilling results would have to be ...more

Couldn't find anything in the documents that related to reporting periods and options, the only thing I found was something to the effect if there is substantial insider information on the table options couldn't be exercised. AGM coming soon, maybe they will addresses there, some changes to the options require shareholder approval. Your total resource I think is a little low, I think 3M ...more
