What is going on??

Big selloff over the past week or so. Are buyers rejecting the PEA? Buyout becoming less promising?

BINGO! Insiders sold off some holdings and exercised the options at $.76. SEDI reports filed

Canaccord seems to be the primary buyer netting 1.9M shares yesterday and today. Hayward selling off 1.4M today. What happened today was obviously planned, hopefully for the better.
