Hopefully, I'm more concerned about the Prospectus idea hanging out there. If they have to raise $30M what price will they put on the offering? and if you were a big block investor why would you buy up market shares if you can get a big block through this offering. The question is will they push the shares up and get a price over $3 with the prospectus? Our shares get deluted and warrants are

The prospectus leaves all option on the table I would think Corvus wil continue down the path with no warrants and raising funds as needed unless they drop a bomb and finance near the 3.75$ range. If they issues warrants at anywhere less than that the gigs up and dilution and white collar games win. They haven't spent 30 million in the last 5 years so what gives?
