This news is fantastic! love everything from it, expanding wider and showing signs of depth. Why are they holding the stock down? setting a price on the Prospectus? Or?

We all know The last two financings were done at 2.65 then 2.60. Maybe the market has priced in 30 million dollars of dilution . The only way not spends anywhere close to that is if they find tons of gold deep then want to drill the fack out of it as derisking for another company pre take over. We arent there yet so what tge fack gives? Hopefully we have our double bottom and some consolidation

If you are a big investor why buy on the open market when potentially 10-15M shares will be up for offer with warrants? The insiders exercising their options knocked the market price down because they unloaded their holdings and loaded back up. Value is there but fundamentals don't matter how the big boys move their blocks dictates the market. Right now this is where they want the price but

I do not understand why Corvus created such a huge prospectus . They have never spent anywhere close to 30million in a year. I would not expect them to fulfill that cap all in one shot or year for that matter (does the prospectus expire) or issue a warrant unless there is a balanced opportunity lurking. To date no warrants have been issued,ever. Why toss away that feather? I'll be pissed if
