You stated in the March 11 Friday’s Tips that KING would go through the OTCVerification process. But in the March 25 Friday’s Tips, the company wasn’t on the list to be verified. Is KING going to be verified?

Answer:

No, it’s not going through verification. There’s too much history there from ex-management and former preferred shareholder Belmont Partners (Joseph Muese). Cressent Energy is in direct discussions about a buyout with FOGC.
