Well it happened

Rather Glad I was still in watch mode.     KWK ceased trading on the NYSE today.   It will resume trading on the OTC market shortly under the symbol,  KWKA.   Quotes will be available at www.otcmarkets.com
  News releases will be posted on the company website  ai  www.qrinc.com
