I have been talking to Itrade and they say they haven't received them yet.
Yes it is a long time.
Anyone having them converted let us know,

          I trade through TD, so I called them yesterday and they told me that it may tak e between ten and fifteen days before they receive the converted shares. So looks like we'll have to be patient. Let's all hope we have a very profitable year 2011.          GLTA

Thanks Johathan.  This is BS though.  We have lost our right to sell our shares.     What would happen if the price of PDG plunged on this or any other news.  We would be in pergatory watching our money fly out the window.  I have been through a few mergers/takeovers and never experienced this, in fact if I can recall correctliy, the other instances the
