The brilliant Doug Casey once said if i had to choose between a good property or an experienced good management I would choose the latter because a good management wlll find a good property but a good property may never find a good management..

Unfortunatelyy for us we have neither . We have a property based on a lie quoting the then CEO "this is the greatest  gold find of the decade!"(2007)
We had a COO  B Maher who claims he didnt know and couldnt stop it anyway?????So they made him CEO !
We had a dozy chairman who didnt carryout his fiduciary responsiblity.and stop  the fiddle.
They even had an analyst (natl bank) state initial target is 7.50  kxl was around 5$
We are now being setup for a reverse split.
I consider my 3/4 million investment kaput  !
