Based on 142million shares outstanding, eps was .025 and cashflow was .0775.$0$0$0$0Selling at fwd p/e of 5 and less than 2X cashflow!  Very cheap!  $0$0$0$0$0Should be a good day today.  Bobwins$0

Excellent news indeed. With such a low cash flow multiple , a strong balance sheet and strong growth over the next 2-3 years to 175,000 oz/year, LMA offers muliples of upside from current levels.Plus a huge asset of about  2.5 million oz that has yet to be scoped..

Now we know why we had that nice little run-up yesterday :-)Great release all around and I get the rationale for moving HO to Europe for better exposure to investors there who have a pronounced  interest in both African and Australian gold plays.......but Paris??? Never have I seen that before.Retiring Young

Well these are guys from Montreal, I guess Paris has more appeal than the wilds of Africa or Australia! But as long as they produce results like this they can live where they want.  We are at an annualized c/f of 2 and the results are just at the start of the growth curve.  This one is finally going to pay off I think.   And it was down to 4 cents in the crash??  Wow, wish ...more

and good thing about cash flow is it helps limit or stop dilution at low SP.  $50 / 142m shares = 35 cents.  What would a fair multiple be, 5 or more?

Big gold stocks like Goldcorp trade above 20 times cashflow.  Small caps average around 10X cashflow but LMA will have to consistently produce for 2009 before they get anywhere close to 10X.  I would say if things go right for LMA, they could see 10X cashflow in 2010 but 5 to 7 is reasonable for 2009 as they prove they can be profitable and cashflow similar to Q1.  Also the market ...more

RockLobster:I bought a lot of shares down a 6-7 cents which I still hold.  Even after today's rally I'm not selling because I still believe it is very cheap relative to other gold producers.  Congratulations to everyone who bought it!

I suspect the relocation to Paris may have something to do with the fact that Areva NC is based there.  They are LMA's biggest shareholder (63%) and probably had considerable influence on the decision.Best regards

You are correct and I'd forgotten that; it's no doubt one of the prime motivators for the HO move. It seemed a strange move the may deter some US investors but no worries here.Retiring Young

aside from the food, I think they moved HQ to Paris so that the French Foreign Legion would protect their African interests.  can't let some Chavez type take over our gold now, n'est-ce pas?
