It would have to descend to the neckline and penetrate it.  It is said it must close below the neckline and not just trade below to confirm the pattern.Anyway, it's a trend-reversal pattern indicating possible reversal of price trend as you probably know.

And... the neckline is upward sloping which is considered more bullish. Volume... the left shoulder is usually the highest volume.. the head here looks higher here? .... but volume isn't everything.  Moving average should change direction during pattern.. 200 day definitely hasn't changed direction (used for longer ones which this is I think). 50 day would probably if it drops again
