I saw a quick teaser in a "pay per view" newsletter. The caption was something like "Hard negotiations with goverment on develoment of the Hasai gold mine..."

Anybody with knowledge to fill in the picture?

La Mancha is seeking a higher % ownership in Hasai in return for picking up most of the cost of expansion.
